On 4th April 2024, there was a staff seminar on MAGIS circle for all the staff members from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. It was organized by our Director Rev Fr. Joseph D’Souza SJ. The resource person and speaker was Rev Fr. Praveen Kiran Martis SJ from Jesuit Nivas. He is a professor at St. Joseph’s Commerce College, Bengaluru. It was a very interactive session filled with reflection, review of the academic year. There were many group activities conducted by the resource person, allowing the staff to bond with each other and create new memories. He emphasized on the importance of MAGIS- Doing more for others which should be a motto of the Jesuit family. He also taught us the 5 steps of MAGIS Circle. He also threw light on the importance of practicing gratitude in our daily life. The session was very informative, with a lot of personal sharing and lessons for the staff members.
