Staff orientation programme: The school organized a day orientation camp for the teaching staff on 31 May 2023. Dr Kiran Cotha SJ, the finance officer of St Aloysius Institute of Management and Technology (AIMIT), Mangalore was the resource person of the day. It was based on the theme “Jesuit Pedagogy of Education.” The staff members in all the Jesuit institutions are not only meant to be teachers but to be “Educators”. That’s what makes a difference in the lives of students. It was an opportunity for the staff to begin the new academic year with a new spirit and to update themselves with better teaching methods that would enable our students to learn better.
