"Mind is a process that regulates the flow of energy and information"
As part of monthly Jescol activity, a session was held on Psycho- Spiritual Integration. Fr Joseph Rodrigues the Rector of St. Joseph's Indian Institutions was speaker of the day, who spoke about regulating our mind by modifying and monitoring every day. Jesuit education also teaches the liberty, memory, understanding, and will which all belong to God and goes back to God. He integrated both psychic and spiritual aspects as the process of brain which needs to balance always.
