The Annual Athletic meet was conducted on 10th of November, 2022. We all witnessed the magnificent event after two long years. The former school alumnus and an International Swimmer, Mr. Madhu Kumar BM was the esteemed chief guest of the inaugural event. The athletic meet was announced open by letting pigeons fly in the sky by the Rector and Director of the School, Rev. Fr. Joseph D'Souza SJ. It was nostalgic for all of us to see the athletes participate in various events, and the students march along the beats of the drum. For the first time, we had our staff and the PTA battalion solemnly marching. The Olympic torch was lit and carried by the team captains, who led the teams at state and district level. The displays by each class were well planned and it was a spectacular view to witness. The saree drill displayed by the higher primary girls was first time visual experience. Our tiny tots also performed martial arts, display of Karate with renewed vigour and courage. The valedictory ceremony began at 12:30p.m.- and Mr. P. L. Thimmanna was the chief guest. Closing March past, Inter-Jesuit Schools relay, Prize distribution and National anthem was the main part of the closing Ceremony. The event was a grand success and will most definitely be remembered by all spectators!
