The JESCOL programme designed to empower the staff in Jesuit institutions, about the Jesuit education pedagogy. It explains the purpose of education- imparting knowledge, skills and most importantly attitudes that Jesuits endeavour to build in their teachers and students. The programme was held on 24 September, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Indian High School auditorium. There were beautiful sessions that touched on the core of Jesuit education. The sessions dealt with the history of the Jesuit order, Jesuit principles like Magis, AMDG, forming men and women for others and Cura Personalis. There was also a group discussion.
