Onam is the biggest festival in the Indian state of Kerala. Onam Festival is homecoming of legendary King Mahabali. Carnival of Onam lasts for ten days and brings out the best of Kerala culture and tradition. Intricately decorated Pookalam, ambrosial Onasadya, breathtaking Snake Boat Race are some of the most remarkable features of Onam - the harvest festival in Kerala. St. Joseph's Indian Institutions known for promoting religious and cultural diversity celebrated "Onam" on 06 September, 2022. The children were dressed up in the traditional Kerala attire. Pookalam was the other highlight of the celebration.
