The investiture ceremony at St. Joseph's Indian Primary School was held with great pomp and dignity on 25 June, 2022, at 10:30 am at the school auditorium. Mr. Sharanappa, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police-Crime Branch, Bangalore City, was the Chief guest and Rev. Fr. Joseph D'Souza SJ, the Rector presided over the ceremony. Rev. Fr. Felix SJ, the Director and Sr. Jane Bennita, the Headmistress were the other dignitaries on the dias. It was an important event in the school as the student leaders took the pledge to hold the school motto in high esteem and lead the student body according to the mission and vision of the institution. Ms. Victoria Charris was sworn in as the School Pupil Leader and Master Joshua P. was sworn in as the Depty. School Pupil Leader. The ceremony began with the prayer service and the lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries. The ceremony was administered by the dignitaries on the dias. After which the chief guest speaking on leadership told the students that St. Joseph's Institutions has the legacy of giving many great leaders to the nation in every walk of life. He also said St. Joseph's school helps the students to have a holistic development. Addressing the students on leadership, Rev. Fr. Joseph D'Souza SJ, said there are three types of leaders, namely, the ones who inherit leadership because of their parents, the ones who have the aptitude for leadership and finally, those who become leaders by working hard and proving their mettle.
